EQ3 is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for its Winnipeg outlet. This full-time role focuses on helping customers select and purchase home furniture and accessories, delivering outstanding service in a busy showroom.

You will support promotions, maintain a clean showroom, and contribute to a positive team environment while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

Sales Associate

We’re looking for dedicated, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our outlet team as Sales Associates. This is a full-time position based at 70 Lexington Park.

Schedule:

• Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

What Would You Do?

• Using proven selling techniques, you will assist customers with the selection and purchase of new home furniture and accessories while providing outstanding experience.
• You will support the delivery of sales promotions and ensure that the showroom is clean and organized.
• The Factory Outlet is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Days off will be Monday and Tuesday.
