Job summary

Clea in Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience and build meaningful relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support all aspects of store operations and represent our fashion brands with enthusiasm.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to contribute to loyalty programs and daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
