Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer shopping experiences and build meaningful relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment and support team objectives.

This role emphasizes strong product knowledge, customer engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining visual merchandising standards and a safe, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Communicateopenly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.

Experience& Qualifications:
