Job summary

Andrew Peller Limited—The Wine Shop is seeking a motivated teammate dedicated to delivering a superior shopping experience. You will assist customers with purchases, share product knowledge and keep displays neat and stocked in a busy retail setting.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, Smart Serve certification, and comfort with POS systems and basic Windows software. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
