Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
• Strong retail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience recruiting, selecting and developing high-performing team members.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative leadership.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Experience& Qualifications:
