Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following established standards and physician orders.
• Assess residents, develop and evaluate care plans, and monitor health changes.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff; train new personnel; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
