Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the applicable provincial College of Nurses.
• Experience in a senior’s environment and with unregulated care providers preferred.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current health records, clinical assessments and documentation in accordance with College of Nurses standards and organizational policies.
• Implements and evaluates the effectiveness of care and services as outlined in the plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan, coordinate, manage & evaluate the Resident’s plan of care and coordinate care assignments for safe, timely delivery.
