Empire Roofing Corporation has served the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors for 40+ years and were growing across the GTA. We’re looking for a Senior Roofing Sales Rep (New Construction & Re‑Roofing) who can deepen partnerships with general contractors, consultants, developers, and property managers and keep the pipeline humming.

What you’ll do
  • Prospect, qualify, and own a portfolio of high‑value clients (GCs, consultants, developers, PMs)
  • Track projects from pre‑con to award: tenders, bids, walkthroughs, and handoff
  • Partner with Estimators & PMs to ensure accurate scopes, pricing, and smooth delivery
  • Build sticky relationships that lead to repeat re‑roofing and new‑build wins
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit revenue / margin targets in the GTA
What you bring
  • 5+ years in commercial roofing / construction sales (TPO knowledge a big plus)
  • Strong network with GCs / consultants and confidence working the tender process
  • Sharp communication, follow‑through, and deal discipline
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the GTA
