Solink is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations in Canada (Remote) to partner with GTM leadership and scale our revenue engine. You’ll own data, systems, and processes spanning lead-to-renewal, driving structure, automation, and cross-functional alignment to unlock growth.

You will steward Salesforce data, build dashboards, and shape a roadmap to improved forecasting, scenario planning, and whitespace analysis, while supporting a high-velocity, multi-pilot sales motion.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Experience building and maintaining complex reports and automations.
• Experience supporting an enterprise sales motion and ABM lead management.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership and oversee revenue operations.
• Design and maintain capacity models, territory planning, and commission structures.
• Develop end-to-end revenue processes from lead to renewal and expansion.
• Maintain a real-time view of pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate across Marketing, CS, Finance, and Operations to resolve data gaps.
