You will partner with sales leadership to optimize forecasting and decision-making, develop dashboards, and implement AI-powered tools to streamline workflows. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other teams, build scalable reporting structures, design experiments, and identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/analytic field.
• Experience in analytical roles related to Sales/Revenue operations.
• Proficiency with dashboards and BI tools (Tableau/Domo/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce, for reports and data management.
• Experience with AI/automation tools is an asset.
• Understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and forecasting support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor attainment and pipeline health.
• Design tools to prioritize high-value activities and improve funnel efficiency.
• Support territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM data management.
• Develop and evaluate A/B tests and cohort analyses to measure strategies.
• Build repeatable reporting workflows for growing sales teams and complex operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product to align revenue operations initiatives.
• Query, transform, and model data to uncover trends and insights.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale reporting and analytics.
• Monitor performance trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
