Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Responsible for store merchandising, shelf stocking, and boxing/unboxing daily shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, and attendance).
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
• Assist with hiring and performance management.
