• 1+ years in retail apparel environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team.
• Experience with POS, daily banking procedures and reporting.
• Strong organization and problem solving skills.
• Passion for exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated.
• Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through product knowledge.
• Partner with store management to execute action plans optimizing results and operations.
• Contribute ideas to leadership to improve store productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates.
• Coach associates on customer service and provide feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer service matters.
• Oversee task delegation to maximize store efficiency.
• Communicate performance feedback to management.
• Ensure breaks are scheduled and adhered to.
• Maintain open communication on the sales floor.
