Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and motivate others.
• Experience with POS and daily banking procedures; able to submit reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support store management and cover for Store/Assistant Managers when needed.
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback.
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates.
• Oversee tasks to maximize store efficiency and adherence to policies.
