Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment
• Proven ability to lead a sales team
• POS management and daily banking procedures experience
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Passion for exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with others while being self-motivated
• Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed goals
• Support store management in daily operations and onboarding
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory duties as directed
• Ensure adherence to company policies and store guidelines
• Communicate performance feedback to management and schedule breaks
