Job summary

High Tide Inc. is seeking a Retail Talent Acquisition Lead to guide recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development across assigned regions in Canada.

This role partners with Regional Managers and Store Leadership to attract and retain top talent for growth and workforce sustainability. The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee end-to-end hiring, onboarding, training support, and stakeholder relations, while driving employer branding and multi-location

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle retail and distribution recruiting experience in a high-volume capacity.
• 1–2 years of management experience in managing a recruiting team in a growing industry/company.
• RPR designation or willingness to obtain designation is asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across retail and distribution.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
• Lead regional recruitment calls and operational meetings as needed.
• Coach and develop the Recruitment team to maximize efficiency in onboarding processes.
• Provide workforce analytics and hiring insights to support strategic decision-making.
