Job summary

Teifi Digital, a Shopify Plus Platinum partner, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and elevate our Talent Acquisition function. This role demands hands-on leadership in high-volume recruitment and close collaboration with executives and hiring managers.

You will build scalable recruiting strategies, develop proactive pipelines, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience across technical, product, delivery, and corporate teams in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify active and passive candidates.
• Experience building proactive talent pipelines across multiple functions.
• Comfortable aligning hiring strategy with business priorities and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Teifi Digital’s Talent Acquisition strategy and function.
• Lead high-volume recruitment across technical, product, delivery, and corporate roles.
• Partner with leaders to translate hiring needs into recruiting plans and timelines.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to closing with a focus on candidate experience.
