Job summary

ATCO Structures is seeking a strategic Recruitment Lead to shape workforce strategies and drive talent acquisition across Canada. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to align hiring plans with business growth and project mobilizations, leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee full-cycle recruitment for executive through technical roles, emphasizing diversity, compliance, and proactive sourcing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruitment in complex, fast-paced or project-based environments.
• Proven ability to recruit across diverse talent segments.
• Experience with workforce planning and large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing recruitment team.
• Provide strategic leadership for full-cycle recruitment across roles and functions.
• Develop workforce attraction and recruitment strategies.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment for project mobilizations and large-scale programs.
• Utilize labour market intelligence to strengthen pipelines.
• Drive excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Improve recruitment processes, governance, and reporting.
• Address gaps with standardized tools, workflows, and controls.
• Provide strategic support for complex searches and proactive sourcing.
• Build external partnerships with educational institutions and networks.
