Job summary

Teifi Digital, a Shopify Plus Platinum partner in Vancouver, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and lead the TA function. This high-volume, hands-on role drives recruiting strategies, sourcing, selection, offers, and closing across technical, product, delivery, corporate, and other functions.

You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and build scalable recruiting processes that support rapid growth while ensuring exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing skills with ability to engage active and passive candidates.
• Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Teifi Digital’s Talent Acquisition strategy and function.
• Lead high-volume recruitment across technical, product, delivery, and corporate functions.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop market insights.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing.
• Build strong candidate experiences and maintain talent pipelines for future roles.
