Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, ensure product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directions.
