Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Richmond, BC to support peak-season operations. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering energized, friendly service, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers find the right gear for outdoor adventures.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to achieve sales goals, assist in visual merchandising, cashier duties, and keep the store tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
