Dollarama in Saint-Honoré, QC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. You will assist with staff management, merchandising, and training, while maintaining loss prevention and safety standards.

This full-time role requires leadership and excellent communication, with open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Formación

• Minimum two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
• Training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Responsible for hiring and performance management.
