Job Description:

  • Drive operational excellence in areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, and merchandise and warehouse processing.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment.
  • Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while fostering collaboration and training associates on customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the store’s brand and value proposition by creating compelling merchandise displays in key areas.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience: One to two years of experience in retail or customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and operational processes.
  • Team collaboration: A collaborative spirit that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships.
  • Task Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new challenges.
