Purdys Chocolatier in Toronto’s Sherway Gardens is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in profitability and smooth shop operations. You will provide leadership to retail staff and engage with customers to drive sales in a team environment.

This permanent full-time role requires open availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm for selling a quality product.

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team in Sherway Gardens. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability, smooth operation of the shop as well as providing leadership and effective management to the retail staff.
