Job summary

End Of The Roll Flooring Centres is seeking a capable retail operations leader to direct and optimize daily store activities. You will plan, supervise staff of 5-10, handle customer requests and supply issues, and drive market insights to inform pricing and promotions.

Requirements include a 1–2 year college diploma and 3–5 years of retail experience. This is an on-site role at our Victoria location, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on teamwork and efficiency.
