Job summary

Sobeys in Quebec is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week and requires French language skills.

You will assign duties, hire/train staff, order merchandise, manage inventory, and report on sales and merchandising. Candidates should have secondary school certificate and 2–3 years of retail supervisory experience.

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail or supervisory roles.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
