Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Canada, with travel between sites.

You will analyze budgets, schedule staff, recruit and train, ensure health and safety, and drive profits through cost control and service excellence. This role requires adaptability to varied locations and demanding deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Willing to travel frequently; on the road.
  • Experience supervising large teams and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze budget to boost profits and maintain restaurant profitability.
  • Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
  • Monitor staff performance and plan daily operations.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff; set work schedules.
  • Implement operational procedures and conduct performance reviews.
  • Organize inventory and ensure health and safety compliance.
