Staples Canada is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to lead sales and operational excellence in-store. You will model strong customer service, oversee merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks, and act as a leader on duty to support programs and training.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining visual standards, reporting stock levels and sales trends, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience with direct accountability for sales and service targets.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach selling behaviors, engage with customers, and motivate associates to provide a seamless experience.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory and merchandising standards, backroom tasks, stock reports and sales trend insights.
• Training and Development: Support training, coaching for high-performance and sales-focused culture.
• Communication: Facilitate meetings and ensure smooth operations by addressing issues promptly.
• Health & Safety: Support safety policies, conduct regular inspections, maintain clean environment.
• Administrative Duties: Front office tasks, weekly cash office administration and reporting.
