Responsibilities

• Model and coach selling behaviors to engage customers and drive a seamless experience.
• Oversee inventory and merchandising standards; ensure store is customer-ready daily and manage backroom tasks.
• Support training, development, and coaching of associates; participate in performance conversations.
• Facilitate clear communication; lead meetings and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Support health and safety policies; conduct regular inspections and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform front office tasks, weekly cash office administration and reporting.
