Job summary

The Brick is expanding its management team in Moncton and seeks an Operations Supervisor with a strong customer service attitude. You will report to the Store Manager and oversee merchandising, staff development, and timely issue resolution across departments.

Responsibilities include recruitment, coaching, performance appraisals, inventory control, and financial reporting. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations and merchandising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in supervising or senior roles is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong time management and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellence in store merchandising, detail and customer service.
• Recruit, hire and develop staff through coaching, goal setting and performance appraisals.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions.
• Lead by example, promoting teamwork within all departments.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain inventory levels.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reporting.
• Follow Brick Group policies and procedures.
