Qualifications

• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

• Ability to manage shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a retail team to grow performance and capability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership, modelling best practices and prioritising store goals.
• Address customer and team escalations with professionalism and judgment.
• Drive business priorities and execute operational strategies within the store area.
