Job summary

Apple Inc. in Canada is seeking a CA-Senior Manager to lead a team, including Managers, and drive the store’s vision while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse, high-performing team; participate in Floor Leadership; address issues with leadership and partners; and uphold policies while protecting assets.

This role emphasizes inclusive leadership, strategic decision-making, and aligning with business priorities to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Be proficient in written and spoken French if based in Quebec — English is required for roles throughout Canada (sign language supported for both languages).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership to model good practice and ensure priorities are met and exceptional service is delivered.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate with leadership when appropriate.
• Drive business priorities by planning and executing the operational strategy of the store.
• Maintain policies and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
