Qualifications

• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and product guidance to ensure fit and experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory and collaborate with management to address needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
