Skechers, a global brand, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) at our Oakville store to lead daily operations and mentor the team while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will supervise opening/closing, support sales goals, and ensure a premium shopping environment. This entry-level management role offers room to grow within the Skechers global brand and develop leadership skills. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock/inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for smooth shopping.
