Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Floor Leader (Key Holder) in Newmarket, Ontario. This entry-level retail leadership role supports store operations, mentors staff, and helps achieve sales targets while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

You will oversee opening/closing, supervise daily tasks, and ensure exceptional customer service. Flexible scheduling and brand training are provided to grow into broader management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor teammates and drive sales.

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations and security protocols.
