Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert product advice and ensure a great shopper experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, security, and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in entry‑level retail tasks and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in‑store challenges to smooth the shopper journey.
