Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Store Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure fitting experiences.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations and opening/closing duties.
• Team Leadership: mentor team in entry-level retail activities.
• Sales & Goals: contribute to store and individual targets with effective selling.
• Store Operations: manage merchandising, restock, and cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store issues for smooth shopping.
