• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service; promote collaboration.
• Create eye-catching displays to enhance the store’s brand and value strategy.
