Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service
• Enhance the store’s brand by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas
