The Burger in Vaughan, Canada is seeking a motivated team leader to coach frontline staff and deliver ABSOLUTE service. You will train and set clear expectations, while taking direction from Senior Management to uphold standards.

Open and close the restaurant, reconcile cash, place orders, and manage inventory counts. You must handle a fast-paced, hot environment with composure and strong multitasking.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment.
