Job summary

The Burger in Mississauga, Canada is seeking a capable shift supervisor to lead a small team and deliver ABSOLUTE service. You will train staff, set expectations, and ensure smooth daily operations under senior management guidance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience, are passionate about food, and can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest satisfaction. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive wages with tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Willing to certify as Food Handler.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you will do in this role:
