The Burger’s Priest – King East location in Toronto is hiring a Supervisor to lead the team and ensure top‑notch guest experiences. You’ll train staff, manage opening/closing duties, handle cash, place orders, and maintain inventory while upholding a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide absolute service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team regularly.
• Take direction from the Senior Management team.
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns ensuring guests leave satisfied.
