Job summary

Burger King in Canada seeks a hands-on restaurant supervisor to manage daily operations across Various locations. This permanent, full-time role requires 40 hours per week and a strong focus on customer service, efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will balance cash, oversee inventory, negotiate with suppliers, participate in marketing, and guide a team of 5–10 staff while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage cash and balance reports.

Responsibilities

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
