Job summary

The Burger's Priest is seeking a Supervisor at our Mississauga location to lead and coach the team toward delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will open/close, manage cash, place orders, and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Prior leadership in a casual dining setting is preferred; food handler certification is a plus. Flexible shifts, competitive pay, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
