Job summary

The Burger in Burlington, Canada, seeks a shift lead to train and coach the team for ABSOLUTE service and to split opening/closing duties as a key holder.

You will reconcile cash, place orders, and manage inventory while ensuring guest satisfaction. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment.
