Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a hands-on team leader for a fast-paced food service environment. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

In this role you will manage operations to ensure quality, maintain stock levels, enforce policies, and complete daily reports. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or quick-service restaurant.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Food safety certification preferred or required.

• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Customer Service

• Deliver and model exceptional guest experience
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
• Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
