Job summary

The College of American Pathologists is seeking seasonal, part-time servers to join our Food & Beverage Team. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager and offers the chance to provide personalized service and build relationships with members across five outlets.

Key duties include taking and relaying orders, entering them in the POS, serving, checking guest satisfaction, handling concerns, and applying proper serving techniques with responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is an asset.
• Serving It Right certificate required.
• Age 19+ for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
• Good communication with members, guests and colleagues.
• Ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
