Job summary

Push Operations in Calgary, Alberta is seeking friendly servers for both part-time and full-time roles. You must be flexible to work days, evenings, nights and weekends, including Sundays.

Greet guests, provide an outstanding dining experience, develop menu knowledge, and collaborate with the team while handling POS entries and Open Table reservations. Pro Serve certification is required, you must be 18+, and you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome.
• Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons.
• Maintain professional rapport with clientele and be well-spoken.
• Work well and closely with all other team members.
• Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system.
• Use reservation system (Open Table).
• Develop extensive knowledge of the menu to comment on ingredients and suggest items.
• Address patrons appropriately, communicate with Supervisors on customer issues, and resolve them.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Terms of Employment:

Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Must be available to work on Sundays.

Job Duties:

• Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome


• Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons


• Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with


• Work well and closely with all other team members


• Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system


• Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table)


• Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.


• Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.


• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age (for the server position)

• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
