  • Serving Food and Beverages: Serve orders promptly, ensuring guests are satisfied with their meals, and attend to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring all service areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Payment Processing: Manage bills and process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions according to company policies.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines, including adherence to provincial and federal regulations regarding alcohol service.

Qualifications:
