Stacked in Fredericton, NB is seeking an operations manager responsible for budgeting, cost control, and daily restaurant operations. You will develop budgets to determine costs for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and you will monitor revenues and labour costs while ensuring health and safety compliance.

With 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and an on-site requirement, you will recruit staff, set schedules, supervise 5-10 people, and negotiate with suppliers

Responsabilidades

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
