Educational Requirements

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Analyze budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
2. Plan and organize daily operations
3. Train staff
4. Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
5. Organize and maintain inventory
6. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
7. Address customers' complaints or concerns
8. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Supervision
